Tektronix P6417 17-channel general-purpose logic analyzer probe for compatible Tektronix TLA-series logic analyzer modules.
This probe is fitted with blue D2 / D3 / Q0 channel-group labels. The instrument end uses the proprietary Tektronix TLA probe connector. The target end includes the two 8-channel single-ended lead-set assemblies and the separate single-channel clock/qualifier lead shown in the photographs.
